Fire Department

Schulenburg KC #2902 members presented the Schulenburg Volunteer Fire Department a donation for a heartfelt thanks for the service they provide upon a moment's call (work day, evening, midnight, 4 a.m., whenever). As we gaze across their meeting room, there were 40 members attentively having their Thursday night meeting. Some third generation, second and also those who are first in the family to serve such a critical need for our community. Sometimes we take a lot for granted. When these members perform fire and rescue services, they are very much reminded that we all are in need of someone to look over us all as is displayed by "In God We Trust" is printed on all the equipment vehicles.
